HOW TO USE THE SALIX RESERVATION SYSTEM & BOOKING POLICY

You will not be able to book a court or be added to a court until you have you have purchased a UTC membership. Refer to www.universitytenniscentre.com under Memberships for fee, form and how to pay. Once you have joined the club, follow instructions to setup your account on Salix and UTC will approve you as a member on the Salix system (during club hours).

Step 1: Create an Email and Password

Go to: https://app.salixreservations.com
For new users: Go to the bottom of the screen, and click New User? Register button
Enter your email address Enter your desired password under "Password"
Confirm the password
Click I'm not a Robot
Click the blue register button Terms and Conditions - click accept
It will then give you a message that it send instructions to your email and you have 5 minutes to go into your email and click "link to email address verification"

Step 2: Enter member type

Type in part of the name of the Club Name "University Tennis Centre "Then Click on the University Tennis Centre - it will highlight in blue.
Then click on the down arrow on the right of the screen under Club Membership
Choose the appropriate member type you have

Click the blue NEXT button
Step 3: Fill in your personal profile details and you are now finished.
Here are some helpful user tips for the Salix Reservations system:

Each member will use his/her own username which will be his/her email address, and each member will create his/her own unique password.
To make a reservation, go to “Tennis Reservations” from the left menu options
Please use the calendar (located on upper left corner of page) to find the day in which you would like to make the reservation.
If you are using a laptop or desktop computer, you can simply click, drag, and release the cursor over the corresponding court and time that you would like to reserve (reservations are limited to minimum 60 minutes and maximum 120 minutes on the hour).
If you are using a tablet or a phone to make the reservation, click the “Book +” button.
Select social reservation to book a court
Members are allowed to make court reservations up to 7 days in advance, beginning at 8am
Include names of all members in your court booking for quicker check-in
