Welcome to the University Tennis Centre, located on the beautiful campus of Western University. Our facility consists of six hard courts under two domes as well as a clubhouse with showers and change rooms. We are a full service Members Club offering a wide variety of organized programs for the beginner to the advanced player.
Members enjoy the benefits of 7 day advance court booking privileges as well as the opportunity to participate in Weekly Leagues, Lessons and Round Robins.
We offer the convenience of 2 membership seasons at the club. The summer season runs from May-September. The winter season runs from September-May. In the summer season, our domes remain up providing the advantage of being able to play indoors on rainy days or on days when the sunshine is intense, therefore not being subject to UV rays.
Co-owners Mike Richards and John Hatch have together over 50 years of experience servicing the needs of the local tennis community.

The Government of Ontario requires individuals to undergo screening for COVID-19 prior to entering businesses or organizations. Screening can be either passive or active, depending on the setting and current level of the COVID-19 Response Framework.
For green and yellow colour zones, passive screening is required. An individual must screen themselves for COVID-19 symptoms at this link and make their own decision whether or not they should enter. Click on link below to answer questions on page 2:
For orange and red colour zones, active screening is required. Active screening requires an individual to answer a set of questions to identify any COVID-19 risk factors. The screening questions can be answered on paper, through an electronic tool or asked directly by a screener. The results of the assessment are reviewed by a screener or the electronic tool to determine if the individual may enter. This must be completed prior to the individual entering the facility.
UTC is closed in grey lockdown and shutdown colour zones.
UTC requires anyone that enters the clubhouse to wear a mask or face covering including children. The mask or face covering can be removed once you are on your court. Hand sanitizer is provided at the front door. Please ensure you follow the provincial recommendations for physical distancing. Highly touched surfaces are cleaned regularly. Changerooms are closed and washrooms are open for emergency use. Bring your own water bottle. Take your belongings with you to your court except for outdoor shoes which can be left in the designated area next to court one. Spectators are not allowed. With regards to the air ventilation in the domes, the air in the domes is completely replaced with new air every hour and 15 minutes!
